About CMCS
Calgary Music Collectors Show is the biggest bi-annual record fair in Alberta with more than 100 vendors from all over Western Canada.
At CMCS you can find LPs and 45’s of all music genres; both common and rare vinyl. Beside records, there is also a great selection of CDs, music-related DVDs, cassettes, Rock’n’Roll memorabilia, apparel and posters. Free record appraisals.
DJ’s will spin your favourite tunes while you’re browsing through the diverse variety of records.

The show is open up to anyone who wishes to rent a table and sell music related items.
8 foot Table Rental $80 + GST
4 foot Half Table $50 + GST
Setup runs from 7 AM-9:15 AM on the day of the event. We ask that once vendors complete their setup, they park their vehicles in the rear of the building.
Limited amount of dolleys/handtrucks will be provided. We do however suggest that you bring your own if you need one. This will assist with a quick set up.
We recommend that vendors bring their own plastic bags for sold items.
Each vendor is allowed one helper. Identification badges will be provided on site at the admission table.
Space under the tables is for storage only and not merchandise for sale. This is to prevent impeding the flow of foot traffic, or damaging merchandise.
We ask that all vendors adopt a courteous attitude toward one another during setup and show operations, so that everything runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Not permitted:
- Early exits. Vendors must operate their tables for the duration of the show: 9:30 AM-4 PM.
- Sale of unauthorized or unlicensed materials such as bootlegs, home-duplicated CDs/DVDs, etc.
